Ryan Giggs to study at Warwick Business School
It has been revealed that football player Ryan Giggs is to undertake part of his management course at Warwick Business School (WBS).
He is aiming to complete the final qualification necessary for managers of Premier League and Champions League teams, having already completed his ‘B’ and ‘A’ licences.
Part of this elite qualification requires him to complete a mandatory business case study, for which he will briefly undertake study at WBS.
However, it is unlikely that the football player will attend any classes on campus due to his commitments to Manchester United.
It is more likely that he will undertake distance learning at Warwick, as he is attempting to complete the qualification in less than 12 months to avoid taking excessive leave.
Giggs has recently been mentioned as one of the several potential successors to Sir Alex Ferguson by the current Manchester United manager himself.
