Ryan Giggs reveals grief after childhood friend Gary Lloyd's death

Ryan Giggs released a statement of condolence after suffering the loss of his childhood friend and football agent Gary Lloyd.
 
The Manchester United legend expressed his grief after Lloyd tragically died aged 47 falling down the stairs at home.
 
Giggs said: 'We were childhood friends of Gary's and we are shocked and saddened by the news.
 
 
'We want to send our condolences to his mum, dad and daughter Havana. He was a doting father.
 
'As Reds, we used to go and watch football matches together and we will miss you so much Lloydy.'
 
An ambulance was called to a private family home at 1:18 on Sunday, as confirmed by the North West Service.
 
Lloyd enjoyed a successful career representing sports and entertainment stars across the North West, working with players at Bury and Rochdale.
