Ryan Giggs not interested in Swansea manager's job

Ryan Giggs has told Sky Sports News he is not interested in taking over from Paul Clement as Swansea manager.
 
Giggs has already revealed he is keen to speak to Wales about succeeding Chris Coleman in charge of the national team.
 
But the 44-year-old does not see Swansea as a route into management, having already been overlooked for the position when Clement's predecessor, Bob Bradley, was offered the role.
 
"I've spoke to them before, before they appointed Bob Bradley, so no," said Giggs, speaking alongside his co-owners of Salford City, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes, from the Class of '92.
 
 
Swansea are interested in talking to Ronald Koeman and Slaven Bilic over the vacant head coach's position, according to Sky sources, while Tony Pulis is not being pursued by the club.
 
Clement was sacked after Swansea lost nine of their last 11 games, leaving them bottom of the Premier League.
 
Asked what has gone wrong at the club, Neville - sat next to Giggs - joked: "They didn't appoint him."
 
Giggs added: "Over the years it's been a really well-run club, they play the right way and are an established Premier League team.
 
"But you see the teams down there, it's tough, it's getting tougher each year.
 
"They lost good players, (Gylfi) Sigurdsson, (Fernando) Llorente and probably never replaced them. That's always a problem."
