All the lads enjoy coming to America and the tour has been really enjoyable.

The new players have settled in very well. It's a relatively young squad now and there's a really good atmosphere among everyone.

The training is intense on the tour but everyone has worked hard and we've had some good results.

As I've got nearer the end of my career I've tried to savour every experience, including the tours. Hopefully we can finish on a positive with a good result against Barcelona.
