Ryan Giggs's top team-mates

Ryan Giggs played more times for Manchester United (963) than anybody else in the club's illustrious history.

Our record appearance-maker's spell in the first team spanned between 1991 and 2014 and many Reds, obviously, played alongside him in this period.

But who were selected the most times to feature with the brilliant left-winger?

Watch Ryan Giggs's top 10 goals for the Reds.

The list reads like a who's who from United's glory years under Sir Alex Ferguson and there is a place for current boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in attack.

Perhaps one surprise is Mikael Silvestre gaining a spot in defence, with his 277 appearances narrowly topping John O'Shea for inclusion in the XI.

TOP THREE TEAM-MATES

1. Paul Scholes (479 games)
The pair came through the ranks together and worked beautifully in midfield. Two of our all-time greats, they combined great ability with top character and excellent work-rate, plus an insatiable appetite for silverware.

2. Gary Neville (436 games)
Another youth-team product who shared Giggsy's mentality and love for the club. Both were regulars on Sir Alex Ferguson's teamsheets after proving they were capable of competing at the highest level.

3. Roy Keane (371 games)
The inspirational leader formed part of one of the greatest Premier League's midfielders, with Ryan, and did a lot of the dirty work that enabled somebody with the Wales international's flair to concentrate on hurting the opposition.

Paul Scholes played the most times with his pal Ryan Giggs.
