Ryan Giggs confident Manchester United can claim Champions League spot

Shikharr: Great start for Manchester United, Jose Mourinho has finally landed the League Cup his first trophy with the new club. The sort of start for a new manager at the new club?
 
Ryan Giggs: Yes it is, it is always nice to win a trophy. There are only 4 trophies available in the start of the season so to win the first one is great. Our focus is now to finish in the Champions League places. It feels great to win a trophy so getting into the Champions League and wining it is a great achievement. You have seen that just after the Christmas the team is pretty competitive and consistent so it is not going to be easy getting into the top four.
 
Shikharr: It has been a fantastic season for Zlatan Ibrahimovic at his new club - already twenty plus goals. Has he been the signing of the season for you?
 
Ryan Giggs: Yes I think he has surprised a lot of people, the goals he scored, his age, he plays nearly every game, every minute. He is a brilliant player. I think the way he is playing is effecting the rest of the team also, so he is a great signing.
